Purchased Package Access
If a purchased package is not available, include the account email, purchase date, device type, and the package name. Do not send card numbers or payment credentials.
Device Access
Device access limits help protect paid content. If you changed devices or believe your access is incorrectly blocked, contact support and describe the device change.
App Behavior or Content Questions
For bugs, display issues, answer review questions, or chemistry content questions, include the screen name, question number if available, device type, and the steps that led to the issue.
